Reduce number of round-trips to cassandra by using multiget_slice() for terms

MultiThreadedTests.TestMultiThreadedDelete test fails

No documents seem to be deleted, even after waiting 5 seconds. This is strange because the normal delete test succeeds in LucandraTests.

The returned documents of this test, while scored, seem to be slightly off and the wrong document wins.
